Circular Vibrating Sieves from JOEST can be used for the pre- and final classification of free-flowing medium-grained and coarse-grained bulk materials. The basic motion can be found in the name of the sieve. This is a circular movement screener. The inclination angle of the circular vibrating screen can be varied from 10° to 30°. In this way, optimising the feed throughput is guaranteed for almost every conceivable application. The circular vibrating screen can also be equipped with different screen coverings and can therefore be individually adapted to the needs of your company. Options vary between a perforated plate, a polyurethane screen deck and a mesh fabric. The sieve bearing can be kept free under the screen fabrics with the help of special tapping devices under the screen fabrics even under difficult screening conditions. However, these knocking devices are not a main component of the circular vibrating screen and can be installed upon request. Joest’s circular vibrating sieve can be produced with up to three superimposed sieve decks so that a product circulation can be carried out successfully.
